When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide:

• Name and, where applicable, company
• Email address
• The content of your message

When you visit the website, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed) is also processed in order to deliver and secure the site.

We use the data submitted via the contact form solely to handle and respond to your enquiry, as well as for any follow-up questions.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Storage period

We store your data only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry. Unless statutory retention obligations apply, the data is deleted afterwards.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent — with the exception of technical service providers (processors, e.g. our hosting provider) whom we have contractually obliged to comply with data protection.

7. Hosting

Our website and application are operated on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

8. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary local storage mechanisms are used (e.g. to remember your display preference such as light/dark mode). This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
